Yes, you heard correctly! As most people know, OP-EZY is run in my spare time, using hardware that’s… well, getting on a bit!
Yes, you read right, 5.1! What has changed? Well, tbh, not much, but there have been a few tweaks to the CSS script that allows for more playing around with pictures on the page.
Yes, it is still being developed, I finally got the pages with flash on them to validate! So the rest of the site should be finished soon!
Oh, and check out the finished version of “The Gregson’s Room Sessions” - Gareth Kitchener… the original project is finished (yes, the Spockumentary was a side project!) http://music.op-ezy.co.uk/gareth_kitchener/
Ok, looking through my old laptop, I found some designs of the OIPR (OP-EZY International Pirate Radio) days that were made by Tom Bullimore, they were obviously based on some pages I didn’t have archived… thankfully, you could still see the original page he based his designs on… so I recreated those.. and they are now in the time machine, go and have a look ![]()

Whilst looking at the “Time Machine", I noticed that on Version 3, there was a link to James Crawford’s site http://www.dsm-som.com/. Like OP-EZY, his site is/was home hosted… difference is, he chose Windows Server 2003 as the base Operating System. We used to joke about who’s site would go down first, and it seems, the Penguin is victorious!
But to be honest, his site (though badly designed) was important, as it was his dad’s driving school business home page! So, I went to google, and searched all his domains, and finally extracted the original textual information and made a fresh new site, and hosted it here:
